This 2,300 SQ FT home was taken down to the studs and rebuilt and reconfigured for a more updated and current home-flow. With 3 bedrooms and open floor-plan including back-lit wine wall. Open concrete ceilings and mixed flooring part concrete and part hardwood.
New electric and plumbing installed, including A/C unit system installed removing the home’s original window unit A/C in each room.
While we have the option to build from groud-up, our specialty is restoring period homes and bringing them back to their original condition with today’s modern aspects and technologies that today’s home owners expects. Of course ‘plussing’ them with decorative ornamentation to give them the updated look and feel.
This home we were commissioned to design the shell of the property.
