While we have the option to build from ground-up, our specialty is restoring period homes and bringing them back to their original condition with today’s modern aspects and technologies that today’s home owners expects. Of course ‘plussing’ them with decorative ornamentation to give them the updated look and feel.
This Chicago Lakeview 2,300 SQ FT home was taken down to the studs and rebuilt reconfigured for a more updated and current home-flow. With three bedrooms and open floor-plan including back-lit wine wall. Open concrete ceilings and mixed flooring part concrete and part hardwood.
In this city condo/apartment we tore the whole unite down to it’s structural beams and rebuilt the layout getting rd of unnecessary hall, etc enlarging the floor plan and opening up the interior to a more modern flow along with new electric and plumbing, A/C unit system installed throughout - removing the condos’s original window A/C units in each room.
We strive to create the innovative, modern designs our targeted buyer wants to own. We do not want to simply replicate the average home located down the street in a cookie-cutter neighborhood.
