We're a premier residential and commercial developer.

We build our one-of-a-kind properties to sell in both Chicago and Houston by the use of our own Lewbonne company funding, however a small portion of our ventures are financed with investor funds.  We acquire raw land or purchase an existing structure, design and build the project, ultimately selling to the end-use buyer.  Our abilities allow us to fully develop a turn-key project from acquisition of land to speciality point of difference designs, plus we complete the construction of the build as the contractor. By wearing all of the hats during the design, build and selling process allows us to eliminate most of the overhead our competitors incur and is one of the secrets to our success.

We don't aspire to replicate our competition's  home down the street, the next neighborhood over or a fully renovated condominium in the same building as we want our unique look and feel to sell our projects on their own as we design with the thought  that our end-use buyer wants what know one else has.

In addition to our custom-constructed homes built with the intention to sell to an end-use home buyer, we're also available to design our point of difference projects to persons seeking our unique architectural design services.  Our main request from new prospective clients is to design something they haven't seen over and over again and prefer a design that's fresh in the residential or commercial market - we can help you obtain our look and feel into your home or business and can create architectural statements on most budgets.
